Hello on nov 23 2023 i placed an order by phn to your call center i ordered 2 meatball subs 6 inches and to potatoe wedge nachos my order was over 50.00 wich was no problem appon reciving them i got home and opened the subs to find there was no resemblance to the advertised pictures i recieved 3 meatball total for each sub the meatballs were cut in half so i contacted customer service and was told thre should have been 4 WHOLE Meatballs not cut in half i was told that the locations were givin exact directions on how they are to be prepared i was then directed to return them the next day nov 24 and i did so a gentleman from 700 balmoral plaza location in brampton came to my address took the sub back and dropped 2 proper subs to me HE GAVE ME A TERRIBLE STARE DOWN AND WAS VERY RUDE TO ME ...yesterday sat nov 25 2013 my son Brian Brown returned to that location 700 Balmoral Dr in brampton southgate plaza to purchase 2 sclices of pizza at around 9 pm on camera and 3 men and 1 woman were behind the counter my son went to order and THEN THEY STARTED sooooo you dont like our subs eh they said so u complain on us ??? they said and then statred talking in their indian language amungst themselves laughing at my son for coing back to the store a d mocked him...

they verbally abused my Son YOUR CUSTOMER and teamed up on him for Me contacting customer service they accused my son and me of trying to get free food ...humiliated as well as intimidated and out numbered not to mention belittled my son left that location they laughed at him because i gave him the wrong cc and his purchase didnt go through instead of using a different card for our food he just left ...its wrong to make customers of 14 years to that location or any customer to suffer those kind of indignations as well as suffer REPRISAL for voicing concerns with you at customer service about the food that they purchased ...

l to harass my son the way that they did and to intimidate him with comments and laughter all 4 of them should be removed from dealing with the public this is not any way to treat the public and have repeat customers i feel abandoned by 241 pizza for now allowing us to be ridiculed , publicly humiliated for what is our right wich is to ask questions to customer service if concerns arise...please check the footage of those cameras and you will see what harassment my son went through last nite because we contacted you with concerns . thanks Alot
